This location was a staple in my life when I worked down the street!! The baristas were exceptionally friendly and welcomed me every visit (sometimes 3 times a day). Always brightened my day!

I frequent Starbucks because I'm a mobile employee and I like to get out of the house. DO NOT, by any means, go to this Starbucks if you are looking to get any work done or for a meeting. Due to a combination of things this is quite possibly the loudest Starbucks I've ever been in. That combo being: Sitting area is right next to the pick up area. There is a drive thru, also close to sitting area. They positioned the speakers directly above the sitting area. The acoustics in this place are simply terrible.

Update: This Starbucks continues to make delicious drinks and provide friendly service. However, the last few times I've been here, the service has been slow. I'm left waiting for 10 or more minutes in the drive thru. Hopefully I just have terrible timing and my future visits will be a little faster.

I'm a fan of this Starbucks. They are quick and speedy and right in the middle of my daily commute to work. You can usually find a pretty long line during the mornings and in the afternoons. Heck, this place is usually bustling at all hours. The service is always great just like most Starbucks. The baristas are friendly and witty. The customers must be pretty great as well. A few weeks back this location was all over the news for having almost 200 customer pay it forward for the next person at the drive thru. Article says this happens often, but never had they seen it continue for that long. One complaint is that this Starbucks doesn't always have the newest snacks when they frist debut. I've been wanitng to try a Bistro Box lunch, but haven't been able to find one.

This is my go-to Starbucks on my way to work. The staff is always super friendly and the service is always quick, even when they're crazy busy. They also have a nice patio out front for anyone who wants to hang out for a bit.

This is my go-to Starbucks during the work week. They are extremely busy between 630am and 8am (as expected) The drive thru can sometimes take a really long time. Going inside only sometimes saves me time. They have a lot of people working, all friendly and helpful, but only have two machines to make espresso. I think this is what holds the lines up. They will also do drive thru orders before orders inside, although inside patrons had been waiting quite awhile. During the day, between 12p and 230p they are also extremely busy. Ordering a simple drink through the drive thru last week took 23 minutes from ordering to leaving. Unnecessary. They should look into getting an espresso machine for the drive thru area and the front area, it could help. They have messed up my order a couple of times and happily gave me a voucher for any size drink in the future, but it was still disappointing.

I try to stay positive in my reviews but this location never gets my order right. If it weren't the only other drive thru in town I probably would stop going. All the Starbucks in town get my order perfectly especially in S Windermere and the one in B@N in West Ashley. So I know it is possible. I gave five stars because they are friendly and convenient.

The best thing about this Starbucks is that they have the new Google Wifi which is hella fast. It's not large inside and there aren't very many tables, but it is open late and they have a drive through that is open 24/7. The seating they do have is comfortable. It is convenient to the outlets and the hotels nearby. The parking is good as well. Staff here has always been friendly and efficient.

This Starbucks is exceedingly busy almost all the time. They have a drive-thru window that has a line of cars during all hours of operation. With that said, they have probably the highest number of employees I've ever seen at a Starbucks, and two cappuccino machines working. Service is fast, friendly, and efficient. I overheard a really nerdy Star-Wars conversation between the barista's , which I found funny and entertaining. My only gripe is with the lack of space to sit. It's a small establishment. The tables are hap-haphazardly arranged (or should I say, pushed off to the side). I was in the area, and wanted to do some work on my laptop. The wifi is free and fast, but the tables are small and round - not enough space for laptop, coffee, paperwork, etc. There are only a couple of seats outside. It's a great place to stop in, or drive up, grab a 'cino and go. I don't recommend loitering.

Kind of dirty on the inside, but they were very busy. Forgot the double shot in my friend's mocha frapp, but they resolved the problem rather quickly. The line to order shouldn't be confusing, but I guess it must be, because people kept asking if we were in line, or they tried to cut in front of us. Not my favorite Starbucks, to say the least.

This Starbucks is in a pretty good location in that it is conveniently located rather close to the airport. It is also close to a big shopping area. Things I like about this Starbucks are that it has a drive thru and the staff is always friendly. They have also never messed up my drink order. The one thing I don't like about this Starbucks is that it can have a rather long line sometimes.

Well, today things were a bit different, the drive thru was packed as usual but the service was lighting fast. I'm very much impressed with it. I stopped coming here and instead visited the one on Rivers, but I believe it's time to return to this store. Great attitude by the staff working the window. I'll be back!

I'm a pretty big fan of Starbucks and have spent a lot of money on my frappuccinos but for some reason this store in particular seems to hate me. I order the same java Chip frappuccino on every visit, and often watch all the other customers who were in line with me leave before me. Apparently I should be lazy and use the drive thru window since their drinks always show up before mine also though. Meanwhile I go to the Starbucks inside Harris Teeter and the barista remembers me, and starts making my drink while I'm ordering it. Furthermore whenever it's taken longer than usual to make my drink, it is recognized and true customer service is demonstrated. It's a much better experience overall, and then of course I can buy wine and go home.

With the $75 Espresso Tumbler we obtained from Christmas, this was one of the many Starbucks we frequented. During January, we were allowed to come and go as we wished and order as many Espresso drinks using our re-fillable Tumbler. Overall, we probably tried every Espresso drink on the menu, from Lattes, Café Mochas to Caramel Macchiato. We like them all. Service: This one was probably one of the nicer ones in the area as far as baristas is concern. They were always friendly and even washed our Tumbler during our many trips during endless free refillable month of January. The barista there told us to come back as many times during the day as well. Downfall: The only disadvantage of this location is the wait times in the drive through. Sometimes it's slow, but most of the time they go through pretty quickly.

Only downside to this Starbucks is the location and fact there are so few Starbucks in Charleston combine for a very busy locale. If you don't miffed the weight they make a man latte. Love Starbucks with a Drive in too!

I have been a regular customer of this location since it's opening, a couple time a week between 7-8am and an occasional afternoon. I'm female so don't take this as a sexist remark, I just notice things: In the past couple of months, I've notice that the morning shift is all female and I'll be honest, that's when I feel the service time began to decline. There is always a wait, whether its the drive-thru or walk-in. I used to be able to walk-in to avoid the traffic @ the drive-thru - now, its a typical and expected wait. =(

Good place but kinda scattered employees. Several times I've ordered food, takes 15-20 min because they "forgot". Good space and fast drive thru. The outside area is great if you're on break from work. I prefer other coffee shops downtown but my office is in North Charleston so I usually swing by this place. Pretty slow...overall

Typical Starbuck's - which is good. But..... this one has a drive through AND it opens at 4:30 AM on weekdays! From what I saw on my quick stop in, there wasn't a lot of comfy seating, mostly wooden chairs and small tables. It's a busy location so sometimes service can be slow and things like milk and creamer are out without being refilled.

Best part of having to stay at the Embassy Suites -- a DRIVE THRU location (that had recently opened). Staff there is AWESOME...didn't even bat an eye when I ordered my Mocha Frap lite with whip (I call it "california style") and had it down by my SECOND visit (I was in town for like...forever...for a convention).

sadly they were out of sausage for my sandwich, but the staff was pleasant and there was plenty of seating even with a fairly busy late morning crowd (outlet shoppers & business people having meetings). wait was slightly long as there were two people working with customers and one... unclear, and two others having a meeting about training right there next to the growing line. I found this a little tacky - take your business's business in the back room/office. nice (albeit smoker friendly) patio out front also with ample seating. chai was lovely as always.

Great location not far from the Charleston international airport. friendly knowledgable staff. Was pretty busy when I was there but they got my order right and didn't have to wait to long. They even open at 4:30 am so that's a plus as well.
